Set within a flood-prone marshland, the project examines the relationship between urban settlement and the recurring presence of water. Rather than opposing natural cycles, the proposal develops an adaptive framework in which water management, public space, and architecture operate together, promoting a more resilient and reciprocal balance between human life and the landscape.
