In Antwerp, the perimeter block is revisited as a contemporary housing typology able to combine density, diversity, and spatial quality without recourse to high-rise construction. Organized around multiple courtyards and a calibrated relationship between public and private space, the proposal accommodates a range of dwellings while reinforcing light, dual exposure, and collective living.
